New poll shows, less than 30 percent of Americans say the Redskins should change their name.

Should 30% of people rule?

Should owner consider bottom line? Do  players want big paychecks? Go woke go broke. 

Obviously, if most Native Americans are not offended by this, then it should not be changed.  I have heard a lot of different perspectives on this issue, but I have never heard a Native American come out and talk on this subject.  If they do not get offended, then why do people say to change the name without asking any people that it is supposedly offending.

 Native Americans don't think so.  what gives you the right to decide?

 Nike and most big companies are completely converged, that is taken over by SJWs  and substantially controlled by the deep state/cabal  that has been warring  against the duly elected president of the United States for the last four years.  they are totally corrupt and hate America. they are trying  to conquer us and destroy our heritage.

 they don't care in the slightest what it's doing to their bottom line because they're interested in power not money.  Nike lost $800 million last quarter.  and if the Redskins change their name it's going to damage their bottom line,  just as kneeling during the national anthem  has cost the NFL about 20% of their revenue over the last several years.

 why in God's name should the Redskins change their name when 90% of Native Americans think they shouldn't?  who cares if Nike thinks it's offensive?

Since Nike is pushing for the name change, I think it will come soon

The depiction of the mascot with red skin is not only grossly inaccurate but it dehumanizes Native Americans and is proof of white supremacy and eurocentric views by showing "the other" in this unrealistic way. The team's bearing, along with the Kansas City Chiefs' tomahawk chop for example are also offensive

The priority should be removing racist caricatures and the "slippery slope of social justice" argument isn't valid because this is long overdue, and has been complained about for years

we should never give an inch to social justice workers.

 it only makes them think you're weak  and encourages more attacks. can you name a single person who apologized to SJW's  and was allowed to keep his job?  I can name dozens of great and worthy people who lost their jobs by apologizing,  from Larry Summers  to James D Watson.

 Mark my words,  if they change the name they will come after the Kansas City Chiefs and the New England Patriots next.

 they are looking to cancel our entire culture and make us the slaves.

It's a tribute to their bravery and fighting skill.

 it integrates them more as native Americans.

This topic has been trending on social media such as Twitter, and while it seems the majority of people are pushing that Washington changes it's offensive, racially charged name, I believe they should also abandon native american imagery in their logos and uniforms entirely.
